Adoration Publishing welcomes your submission of choral and instrumental for our consideration of publication.

Here are our guidelines for music we publish:

1 ) We publish both choral, congregational and instrumental music that can be used within the broad scope of Christian worship. The style that is our focus tends to be classical/traditional rather than from within the mainstream contemporary Christian music. Original classical organ, other keyboard literature, hymns and congregational songs that might also be used within the Christian church are also published.

2 ) When you submit your works for our consideration, please certify that both the tune and the text submitted are originally written by you. If they are not, please identify the original composer or writer including birth and death years with information about the original work being in the public domain or adequate documentation that the original person(s) have given you permission to include, edit or arrange their work.

3 ) If we publish your composition, you agree that all rights to the music are permanently assigned to Adoration Publishing Company until such time as a mutual agreement is made to revert the rights to you.

4 ) In order to be published by Adoration Publishing, your music must ultimately be scored in Sibelius music notation software.  If you have done this, please submit the .sib files to us by email for publication consideration.  If your work is scored in Finale, you may email the Finale file (.mus) to us for review.  If this these options pose a problem, please contact us.  If you provide us with a hard copy via the snail mail, send to our address below. Please do NOT send us your only copy. Please print and fill out our submission certification agreement along with your composition.

5 ) If Adoration Publishing chooses to publish your work we will need a short biography to be used as part of the promotion of your music as well as permission to publish your email address, so that our customers may contact you directly.

6 ) If Adoration Publishing Company chooses to publish your work, we will pay a royalty of 25% of the collected sales revenue for the piece. Royalties will be paid annually.

7 ) In addition to our promotion of your music, we encourage you to promote your works as well as our Adoration Publishing Company web site.
