If they are not, please identify the original composer or writer including birth and death years with information about the original work being in the public domain or adequate documentation that the original person(s) have given you permission to include, edit or arrange their work.

If Adoration Publishing chooses to publish my work, I will provide a short biography to be used as part of the promotion of my music.

If Adoration Publishing Company publishes my music, I agree that all rights to the music are permanently assigned to Adoration Publishing Company until such time as a mutual agreement is made to revert the rights to me. If Adoration Publishing Company chooses to publish your work, we will pay a royalty of 25% of the collected sales revenue for the piece. Royalties will be paid annually.

In addition to promotion of my music by Adoration Publishing Company through their web site, I agree to promote my works as well.
