All of the music sold and distributed is copyrighted by Adoration Publishing Company. Adoration Publishing retains all ownership of the music and all rights for its use and copying except as authorized below. As a result of the receipt of your on-line order, we have emailed you this invoice and this music license.

Please note that the license is not authorized until your full payment of the invoice has been received by Adoration Publishing. Our payment terms are NET 30. Payment must be made in US funds. If you are outside the United States and this presents a difficulty in payment, please email us to make alternative arrangements.

Adoration Publishing Company grants the following rights for the specified musical composition listed below upon receipt payment of the specified fee also listed below.

1 ) You may print or make as photocopies of the music as follows:

a ) for traditional choral music, hymn presentations, organ and keyboard and other works you may produce (XX) copies for your musicians,

b ) For Congregational Praise works, you may make as many copies of both the music and the lyrics as you need at the present time and in the future.

2 ) You may perform this music in conjunction with any worship service or meeting in your church or as a part of any authorized ministry which your church or school is directly involved.

3 ) You may reproduce the lyrics in your worship service bulletin, printed program or overhead/video projection. You must include the copyright notice on any copies that you make, including recording and MIDI trax.

4 ) You may record and distribute free of charge recordings of this music. If you sell the recordings, you must remit the mechanical royalties according to the U.S. Copyright law to the above address.

5 ) You may not arrange the music or lyrics without written permission from Adoration Publishing Company.

6 ) The licensed copies are only for the use of the organization that you specify when you purchase the license to copy the music. If a different organization wishes to use the work, a separate license must be obtained and the appropriate fee must be paid to Adoration Publishing Company.
